Terms of Sale
- We'll be selling these, as usual, in person at our store.
- We need the room, so when you buy, you must take away SAME DAY. We won't be offering delivery.
- You can buy a sink base, but only with three other non-sink-base pieces.

- We have over 100 cabinet pieces, just in.
- Mix and match, build your own set.
- Maple doors and frames. Plywood boxes, dovetailed drawers. These are good quality.
- Priced to move! We're selling these at lower prices than we usually do.
- Excellent condition, they've been well cared for.
- Pricing: One sink base, three other pieces (not sink bases) $450.
- Pricing: $100/box, $150 sink base.
- We also have countertops from the same batch, laminate $15/foot.
- We have acrylic drop in sinks, faucets.
- And we have some point of use electric water heaters, see this listing for details.

- Items or materials THAT CAN BE REUSED BY SOMEONE ELSE.
- Kitchen cabinet sets.
- Kitchen sinks.
- Doors and windows.
- Bathroom fixtures, white or near-white only. Vanities and medicine cabinets.
- Radiators, water heaters.
- Appliances in good working order.
- Interior house parts – trim and molding, baseboards, columns, railings etc.
- Exterior house parts – trim, gutter/downspout, fencing, columns, railings.
- Masonry and stone – bricks, block, stone, pavers etc.
- Hardwood and softwood lumber, over six feet. Plywood at least 3/4 of a sheet.
- Art and antiques, collectibles.
- Furniture in good condition. Must have a contemporary use.
- Tools, fasteners, workshop odds and ends.
- Items are taken at our discretion.
- We do cleanouts for a fee. If you'd like that service, contact us.
